BOOKING POLICY
Your credit card details are only used as security for your reservation and possible other incidentals, your card will not be charged at the time of you making your reservation and you will need to pay for your booking at the time of arrival.
PAYMENT POLICY
To confirm a reservation The Beaumont requires a current credit card number, plus expiry date and CCV number as a guarantee. No charges will be made against the card unless cancellation/non-arrival fees arise. If a credit card is not available as a guarantee, then a deposit must be paid by electronic transfer of funds into our bank account. Please contact us for details.

- Cash bond (Cash is no longer accepted as a payment option for accommodation)
- EFTPOS plus bond (Refundable on departure)
- American Express (3.5 % surcharge)
NB: For Peak Season Bookings 15th December to 28th February and for large group bookings, a deposit of 50% is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that should you fail to cancel your reservation within the criteria outlined below you will be charged, without further notice.
A minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is required for reservations of one to three days duration. Failure to provide this notice to The Beaumont within 48 hours will automatically imply liability and therefore a charge of one night’s accommodation at the normal nightly rate will be charged.
A minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation is required for all bookings exceeding three days. Failure to provide this notice to The Beaumont will automatically imply liability and therefore a charge of two night’s accommodation at the normal nightly rate will be charged.
NB: Peak Season 15th December to 28th February and large group bookings require a 30 day notice of cancellation.
At peak times the full amount of accommodation cost may be charged if apartments cannot be filled due to lateness of cancellation. Peak times include Christmas/New Year period (i.e. 15 December to 28th February), and all Public Holidays.
Non Arrival In the event that a Guest fails to arrive by 9:00pm on the night of the reservation, The Beaumont Apartments will debit the account / credit card with the first night of the reservation. Should a guest choose to cut short their stay for whatever reason, The Beaumont Apartments reserve the right to debit the guests account for the full value of the original reservation, unless the apartment can be rebooked. A standard charge of $50.00 will be incurred for all cancellations. [NB: If Guests notify The Beaumont of a late arrival, key arrangements will be made for access].
Late check out will be charged $20.00 per hour unless prior arrangement with Management has been made. Check out time is 10.00am.
If a cancellation has been made as per policy and a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50. If the cancellation policy is not fulfilled, there will be no deposit refunded.
Other cancellation conditions may apply by prior arrangement.
Further Terms and Conditions
Guests visitors are not permitted on the premises after 9.00pm.
We have a strict NO PARTY policy, which is enforced at all times by the onsite Manager.
$500.00 refundable Cash Bond may be requested at times by Management.
REFUND POLICY
